About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Superdrug. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of retail professionals to achieve sales and service targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage stock levels, inventory, and merchandise to ensure optimal sales and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive growth
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
