Key Responsibilities:
- Fostering a customer-centric atmosphere that consistently seeks to elevate service standards and operational performance.
- Collaborating with the store team to leverage opportunities for sales growth and increased customer traffic.
- Ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and compliance standards set forth by the organization.
- Inspiring and mentoring your team to meet both individual and collective performance targets, including sales, inventory control, and operational costs.
- Partnering with the Cluster Manager to identify potential cost efficiencies and revenue enhancement strategies through financial analysis.
- Assisting in the management of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Proven experience in a retail management or leadership capacity, ideally with a background in handling financial services or significant cash transactions.
- Demonstrated success in achieving store objectives, including sales maximization and effective inventory management.
- History of meeting ambitious targets while managing budget constraints.
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities to drive team performance.
- Experience in leading by example and actively engaging with team members on the sales floor.
