Key Responsibilities:
- Fostering a customer-centric culture that continuously seeks to enhance service delivery and performance.
- Collaborating with the store team to identify opportunities for sales growth and increased customer traffic.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and training requirements set forth by the organization.
- Motivating and guiding the team to meet both individual and branch performance targets, including sales, inventory management, and operational costs.
- Partnering with the Cluster Manager to explore cost-saving measures and sales enhancement strategies based on financial performance.
- Assisting the Cluster Manager with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance reviews, training, and disciplinary actions.
- Proven experience in a retail management or leadership role, ideally with exposure to financial products or significant cash handling.
- Track record of supporting store objectives, including driving sales and managing inventory effectively.
- Experience in achieving ambitious targets while adhering to budget constraints.
- Ability to coach and develop team members to elevate overall performance.
- Demonstrated experience in leading by example and actively engaging with the team on the sales floor.
