Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the HR & Administration Manager in maintaining high standards of administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming enquiries via email or phone, responding promptly and professionally
  • Assist with all aspects of HR, including right to work checks, screening, and vetting, and seek advice from specialists when required
  • Coordinate recruitment drives, including writing job adverts, contacting applicants, and arranging interviews
  • Ensure accurate recording of absence, sickness, and holiday requests
  • Support the new starter process, creating welcome packs, and arranging regular probation period meetings
  • Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Oversee the completion of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure all licenses are kept up to date and renewals are completed in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Previous experience in HR and administration
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant systems
  • Proactive approach and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage own workload
  • Confidentiality and discretion
