Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join our Psychiatric Liaison team in Greater Manchester. As a CPN Liaison Specialist, you will work closely with our professional team to provide high-quality patient care and support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert mental health care and support to patients in a liaison setting
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • Current and valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Proven experience in a CPN recovery role, with a strong focus on mental health care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care
  • Previous experience working in a liaison setting, with a strong understanding of mental health care principles and practices
