Job Title: Mental Health Practitioner

Benton Robertson is seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in Greater Manchester. As a key member of our Adult Mental Health team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with our professional Community Psychiatric Nurses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide urgent assessments for individuals presenting with acute mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement effective management plans, follow-up care, referrals, and fast-tracking of patients into specialist services or to Local Liaison and Welfare (LLW).
  • Deliver a range of brief psychological-based interventions for individuals experiencing mental health problems on a time-limited basis.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Current and valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Proven experience within a Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) recovery role.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
  • Previous experience working with an Adult team.
