Job Title: Mental Health Practitioner

Benton Robertson is seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in Greater Manchester. As a key member of our Adult Mental Health team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Mental Health Practitioner to work with our Community Psychiatric Nurses in Greater Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing urgent assessments, developing management plans, and delivering brief psychological interventions to individuals experiencing mental health problems.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough assessments of individuals presenting with acute mental health needs.
  2. Develop and implement effective management plans, including referrals to specialist services and follow-up care.
  3. Deliver a range of brief psychological interventions to support individuals experiencing mental health problems.
Requirements:
  1. Current registration with the NMC.
  2. Proven experience in a CPN recovery role.
  3. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
  4. Previous experience working with an Adults team.
