About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to lead the implementation of a bespoke ERP system for a newly acquired business. As the lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements to inform the design of the ERP system
  • Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications to ensure project alignment and success
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design data mapping, quality, and integration strategies that meet business needs
  • Assist in developing test strategies and conduct gap analysis between the current and future states
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure project success

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on technology projects
  • Strong understanding of data mapping, quality assurance, and integration processes
  • Experience with the Microsoft stack, including Azure and Dynamics 365
  • Background in business with staff in the field or physical assets
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage
  • Strong stakeholder skills and ability to facilitate workshops
