Our customer base is growing rapidly, and we're seeking a talented Sales Enablement Manager to drive our sales team's success.

The Role

We're looking for a seasoned Sales Enablement Manager to oversee the development and delivery of training programs, sales materials, and sales enablement tools. This role will be responsible for managing our CRM, sales data, and analytics to ensure our sales team has the resources and knowledge needed to excel. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to drive sales performance and growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering training programs that equip our sales team with new tools, industry trends, and performance-enhancing strategies.
  • Managing our CRM to facilitate best use amongst the sales team and ensuring seamless data management.
  • Leading the onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring they're well-prepared and integrated into the team.
  • Collaborating with marketing and ABM teams to specify, manage, and update sales materials, such as presentations, case studies, and white papers.
  • Selecting, implementing, and managing sales enablement tools and platforms to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify gaps in knowledge or performance and track the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
