Sales Enablement Manager

At Lightspeed, we're passionate about empowering our sales teams to achieve exceptional results. As our Performance and Enablement Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales success by developing and implementing world-class enablement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver onboarding and enablement programs to ensure seamless adoption of new processes, technologies, and product features.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations Managers to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure sales performance and enablement effectiveness.
- Work closely with the Revenue Operations team to analyze sales performance data, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted training and enablement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain educational and training materials, including sales scripts, case studies, and presentations, to support sales teams in achieving their goals.
- Support the design and evolution of training materials and courses to ensure they are engaging and effective for both new and existing sales team members.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by gathering feedback from training and enablement programs and implementing changes to enhance their effectiveness.
- Work with Sales Leadership to set annual learning and development objectives for the sales team and provide regional insights on global initiatives to the wider Revenue Operations team and GTM Leadership organization.
- Onboard and train new starters across the GTM sales organization.
- Experience in developing and running onboarding and enablement programs.
- Understanding of the GTM sales environment and ability to analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
- A self-starter with a naturally curious personality, able to work independently and as part of a team.
