About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned sales enablement professional to optimize our sales processes, empower our commercial teams with the tools, knowledge, and content they need to succeed, and bridge the gap between sales, marketing, and product teams. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, enhancing sales productivity, and shaping our sales strategy and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales collateral, including presentations, pitch decks, and sales enablement materials, leveraging data and insights to create impactful content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, translating complex data into actionable insights for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and increase sales productivity.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, including product knowledge, sales methodologies, and best practices.
  • Manage and optimize sales enablement tools and platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of the sales team.
  • Build strong relationships with sales, marketing, product, and revenue operations teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in sales enablement or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation and management tools.
  • Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
