Responsibilities

As a Food and Beverage Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for guests.
  • Maintaining high levels of personal presentation and cleanliness in accordance with the hotel's uniform and personal appearance standards.
  • Ensuring that all guests are addressed by name and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting guests in their selection of food and beverage items and encouraging additional sales.
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Anticipating and identifying guest expectations and ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
