Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team at The Park Tower Hotel Knightsbridge. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that their dining experience is nothing short of outstanding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that all areas of the restaurant are running smoothly.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
  • Process payments and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or restaurant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
