Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team at Roehampton Club Ltd. As a key member of our Food and Beverage Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests, ensuring 100% satisfaction through a "Yes I Can" attitude and exceeding expectations.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Ensure adherence to set standards for all areas of the Food and Beverage service and cleanliness, including serving food and beverages, contributing to upselling, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives, attending daily pre-shift meetings to discuss upcoming events, special requests, and product development.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including stocking up, stock rotation, beer line cleaning, and pre- and post-service preparation.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and take payments for goods in accordance with Club procedures.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure adherence to all legislative and company fire, health, and safety guidelines, actively participating in departmental meetings and maintaining a thorough understanding of Health and Safety and hygiene practices at work.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior experience of working in a bar environment is essential.
  • Personality: A personable attitude with a presentable appearance is required.
  • Skills: Good time management skills, willingness to be part of a team, and the ability to use own initiative as and when required.
