Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Surgical Supplies Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing the effective management of surgical supplies and instrumentation within our theatre suite, which encompasses a wide range of specialties such as General Surgery, Urology, Vascular, and Orthopaedics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Supplies Co-ordinator and Supplies Manager to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of surgical supplies and instrumentation to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Work independently while also being an integral part of a team.
  • Assist in managing the store's operations in the absence of the Supplies Co-ordinator.
  • Engage in multi-site operations as required to meet service demands.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess experience in supplies management and/or theatre stores. Familiarity with NHS IT systems and experience in people management are highly desirable.

Additional Information: This position requires membership in the PVG Scheme/Disclosure Scotland Check as part of the pre-employment process.
