About the Role

As the Head of Supply Chain and Systems, you will be responsible for overseeing the Glasgow Industrial Planning and Procurement functions, driving process governance, and leading the implementation, maintenance, and development of manufacturing systems at our site. Your key responsibilities will include meticulously planning materials and production resources to meet site requirements, coordinating and ensuring accountability for the Glasgow S&OP supply plan, and implementing and governing effective best practice MRP 2.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for industrial planning and procurement
  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of manufacturing systems
  • Coordinate and ensure accountability for the Glasgow S&OP supply plan
  • Implement and govern effective best practice MRP 2
  • Drive process governance and improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of MRP2 practices
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to navigate complex industrial activities and projects
  • Experience in Supply Chain and Planning transformation projects
  • Proven experience in managing and implementing ERP systems within a planning or procurement environment
  • Proficiency in supporting agile planning mechanisms within complex major industrialization projects
