We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Manager to join our team at FMG Repair Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our parts department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and stocking parts, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient stock management.
- Booking parts to workshop jobs, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including stock levels, inventory movements, and customer interactions.
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inventory control, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle layouts, parts catalogues, and computer stock lists.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in inventory management software a plus.
