Job Title: Evaluation Coordinator

The University of Cambridge is seeking an experienced Evaluation Coordinator to join the Neaco Central Team. This is a part-time (0.5 FTE) fixed-term position until 31st October 2025.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative approaches to evaluating Neaco activities to assess their effectiveness and inform future interventions.
  • Work closely with the designers and deliverers of Neaco material to ensure that evaluation is integral to the sessions and resources offered to schools and colleges.
  • Assist with the completion of OfS operating plans and monitoring returns as required.
  • Engage with the Higher Education Access Tracker (HEAT) NCOP initiative and upload data onto the HEAT database.
Requirements:
  • Detailed knowledge of recruitment and widening participation to Higher Education (HE) in the UK.
  • Experience of working in an educational environment.
  • Capacity to collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative data using a variety of techniques.
  • Ability to take initiative and be proactive with ideas and methods of evaluation.
