Role Summary
We are in search of an enthusiastic professional to become a member of our StartRight initiative, dedicated to assisting individuals with type 1 diabetes through our state-of-the-art technologies. In this role, you will be instrumental in empowering patients to gain more independence and assurance in managing their health.

Key Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with patients, guiding them in setting and achieving their therapeutic goals during the onboarding process.
- Employ effective communication skills to discern patient needs and concerns, providing appropriate solutions and support.
- Track patient activities and data to ensure timely interventions and assistance as required.
- Facilitate sessions with patients to evaluate and enhance StartRight solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive work atmosphere and fulfill customer requirements.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in the Swedish language.
- Competence in computer applications, including MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while establishing trust with patients.
- Basic mathematical skills for assisting clients with essential statistics.
- High emotional intelligence and empathy towards patient needs.
- Adherence to company policies and alignment with Medtronic's core values.

Desirable Attributes
- Familiarity with diabetes management or the healthcare sector.
- Prior experience in customer service or call center settings.
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce systems.
