Job Description

Job Title: Senior Associate - Property Engagement Platform

Job Summary:

Hilton Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Property Engagement Platform (PEP) team. As a Senior Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the deployment of PEP to Hilton hotels globally, while supervising a team of Associates to deliver exceptional service at on-site and remote hotel implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support PEP deployment to Hilton hotels globally
  • Supervise a team of Associates to deliver exceptional service at on-site and remote hotel implementation projects
  • Schedule resources and aid in team member development
  • Provide PTO coverage of Project Manager duties
  • Prepare, set up, and test interfaces between PEP and third-party applications

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing

  • Demonstrates the highest standards of ethical behavior and absolute discretion with sensitive information
  • Ability to take initiative to identify, prioritize, and implement actions required to achieve functional goals

  • Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple and concurrent demands
  • Ability to collaborate with others and act in an objective manner to stay on track to achieve common goals
  • Project management skills, including ability to manage details through to completion and ensure deadlines are met
  • Experience in technology implementation processes and standards
  • A good understanding of property management systems and interfaces
  • Experience leading a team of Associates during a technology deployment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education: High School/GED
  • Demonstrable work experience in Technology related field
  • Hotel experience using Property, Sales, or Revenue Systems daily
  • Management Experience (type): Supervisor
  • Additional Requirements: Domestic and International Travel 80%
