Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Cobra Coffee - Starbucks Franchisee. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving store profitability, executing store operations, and inspiring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Work with your store manager to analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities to drive store profitability and business growth.
- Store Operations: Execute store operations during scheduled shifts, including organizing opening and closing duties, upholding operational policies and procedures, and ensuring the safety of all partners during each shift.
- Leadership and Team Development: Collaborate with the store leadership team to guide great shifts, provide support to partners, and inspire a positive customer experience. Develop and motivate your team to create best moments for our partners and customers.
- Partner Development: Support the growth of your partners through performance and development, coaching, and building positive relationships to understand partner challenges, needs, and aspirations.
- Goal Setting: Set challenging and realistic goals to drive engagement and improve partner performance.

Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a retail or hospitality environment, preferably in a leadership or management role.
- Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
