We are seeking an experienced and skilled Retail Store Manager to join our team in a key role that will contribute to the success of our business and make a real difference in the lives of people affected by poverty and inequality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective retail strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the wider Oxfam GB team to promote our brand and values, and to support our fundraising and advocacy efforts.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
