Job Title: Head of Proposition Strategy

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our proposition strategy at Gousto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and customer-centricity across our product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead our product innovation pipeline process, partnering with insights and analytics to discover and define unmet consumer needs.
  • Co-lead strategic planning, working closely with our Customer team, Director of Digital Product, and Head of Delivery to turn our strategic plans into tribe roadmaps.
  • Represent customers and commercials through execution, ensuring key initiatives are executed with excellence and staying true to their original intent and purpose.
  • Maximise value through post-launch activities, working closely with marketing, insights, analytics, finance, and product to plan launches that maximise success.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of leading innovation, ideally within a B2C physical product environment.
  • Experience working in a highly cross-functional operating model with blended teams spanning both technical disciplines and non-tech functions.
  • Mastery in the identification and usage of consumer insights to create winning NPD.
  • Outstanding analytical and commercial modelling skills, with a strong preference for time spent within a tier one strategy consulting firm and/or investment banking.
  • Sophisticated critical thinking and problem-solving, with a broad and adaptable leadership toolbox.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with a customer-centric mindset and a strong ability to build trust-based relationships.
