Head of Propositions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Propositions to join our Commercial Operations Department at The Kennel Club. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of innovative products and services that make a positive impact on dogs and their owners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a range of evolving products and services that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Lead and structure the delivery of these products and services, ensuring they are aligned with our business strategy and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform product development and delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in product development and delivery, preferably in the pet health and welfare sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop sustainable products that meet business and customer needs.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience of leading projects to budget and with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and customer feedback to inform product development and delivery.
