Sales Enablement Specialist, Senior

The Sales Enablement Specialist, Senior is a key role within NetJets Management Limited, responsible for developing and implementing sales training programs that drive business growth and excellence. This position collaborates closely with the Director of Commercial, Global Sales and Marketing Management Teams, and NJE Organizational Development Teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop sales training solutions that address knowledge and skills gaps, and drive performance improvement.
  • Partner with Sales Management to identify and analyze training needs, and develop tailored programs to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain a best-practice sales training curriculum, including ongoing refresher courses to ensure knowledge and performance gaps are minimized.
  • Work closely with Global Enablement teams to develop globally led or cross-departmental initiatives, and ensure their successful execution across the NJE Sales function.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive train-the-trainer programs to equip internal Subject Matter Experts with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to effectively train and mentor employees.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' sales training experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working with senior management in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills suited for all audiences.
  • Confident in developing learning materials, including video, audio, presentations, eLearning modules, documents, guidebooks, and interactive programs using different design and facilitation tools and software.
Education and Certifications:
