Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Department: Corporate IT

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in London and provide internal in-person support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have strong Mac skills and the ability to work across disciplines, with a user-first mindset to ensure a seamless experience for our employees.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the stock levels and lifecycle of IT hardware
  • Checking and maintaining meeting room and other office IT equipment
  • Partnering with the IT team to provide support and enforce IT policies
  • Contributing to infrastructure improvements with other team members or as independent projects

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience with Linux or Mac OS (ideally both)
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts
  • Familiarity with JAMF Pro
  • Experience in Linux, or a passion and desire to learn it
  • Experience with network troubleshooting
  • Audovisual experience
  • Bash and/or Python Scripting
