Purpose of the Role
We are looking for an individual to join our Support Team to provide highly efficient, reliable and proactive support and administrative service to a growing team of over 150 people. Our team is evolving, and we are looking for an individual who we can develop and grow with us.

Experience of working in a professional environment and experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Teams is essential.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Resource planning, analysis and reporting.
- Running a variety of reports on Excel, maintaining and updating large data sets.
- Onboarding new clients to the firm.
- Onboarding new members to the department.
- Data management.
- Updating and editing department reports and templates.
- Billing support.
- Building strong relationships with other administrators across the firm to help provide a comprehensive client support service; and
- Any other ad-hoc support and administration as required.
