About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Support Coordinator to join our team at Intertek. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff and inspectors to ensure seamless communication and efficient sample collection and delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain customer agreements, quotations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate sample requirements, collections, and deliveries.
  • Authorise and issue customer reports, ensuring timely and accurate results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
