Customer Support Liaison

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Coordinator to join our team at Intertek. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff and inspectors to ensure seamless communication and efficient sample collection and delivery.
- Prepare and maintain customer agreements and quotations, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Communicate with internal and external customers regarding sample requirements, collections, deliveries, and turnaround times.
- Produce reports for samples tested, using local systems, and authorize and issue customer reports.
- Liaise with internal offices and third-party laboratories for subcontracted work, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality results.
