Resident Liaison Officer

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Resident Liaison Officer to join our team at Howells Solutions Limited, delivering Planned Works in Social Housing in Thurrock.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on planned maintenance projects to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction
- Collaborating with the Decent Homes programme team to achieve programme objectives
- Providing excellent customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with neighbourhood housing associations
- Visiting properties to advise residents on completion dates and progress
- Attending and chairing tenant forum meetings to keep residents informed
About the Role:
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and car allowance. As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be working for a modern, forward-thinking business that values the strengths, skills, and personalities of its people.
Requirements:
- Full clean driving licence with own vehicle
- Pre-entry visits and company inductions
- Collect tenancy agreement/approval forms
