Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at The Cosmetics Company Store. As a Key Holder, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the efficient running of the store
- Provide inspirational and personalized customer service, educating and delighting customers
- Lead by example, using outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to develop team members
- Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store on a rota basis

About You:
- You will have a passion for people and a customer-first mindset
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store, is desirable
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching/mentoring others, is desirable
- You will be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- You will have a strong work ethic and be committed to delivering exceptional results
