Estee Lauder Companies - Key Holder - Store Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at Estee Lauder Companies. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

We are looking for a Key Holder who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and inventory management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example, providing coaching and mentoring to team members to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques, product recommendations, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures, is desirable. Previous supervisory experience, including coaching/mentoring others, is also desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Availability: Flexible availability across days/hours, with a willingness to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends.
