Job Summary:

As a Key Holder, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of store appearance and organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example, coaching and mentoring team members to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain a high level of store appearance and organization, ensuring that the store is visually appealing and well-maintained.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous retail operations experience, including cash handling and inventory management, is highly desirable.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring, are essential for this role.
  • Customer Service: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Flexibility: Flexible availability across days and hours, with the ability to work a variable schedule.
  • Qualifications: Proof of right to live and work in the country.
