Position Summary: We are currently seeking to expand our Paraplanning team due to internal promotions. We are looking for two dedicated Financial Planning Specialists to join our dynamic team.

Career Development: This role is ideal for a Paraplanner who is focused on career advancement, whether that be transitioning into an advisory position, pursuing further development in Training & Competence, Compliance, or exploring opportunities in Investment Portfolio Management.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a full Level 4 Diploma (CII preferred) and have a minimum of one year of experience in a Paraplanning capacity within an Independent Advisory firm. A comprehensive understanding of various financial advice areas, including pensions, investments, protection, inheritance tax, and broader tax planning, is essential.

Additional Skills: Candidates who are pursuing Level 6 Chartered qualifications or have experience with Intelligent Office, as well as familiarity with platforms such as Aegon, Aviva, and Quilter, will be at an advantage. Previous exposure to Discretionary Fund Management (DFM) solutions is also beneficial.

Work Structure: We offer a hybrid working model, allowing for a balanced split between on-site and remote work. During the initial probationary period, new team members are expected to work on-site full-time to facilitate their integration and professional growth.
