Job Summary
MandM Direct, a leading online retailer, is seeking a talented Team Leader to join our growing team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor departmental KPIs and provide feedback to staff
- Conduct start-of-shift communication briefings and organize daily tasks and targets for the team
- Assist with absence management, including participation in return-to-work meetings
- Prepare and complete effective appraisals, identifying future talent and communicating training needs
- Ensure the health and safety of the team and area
Requirements
- Previous experience of responsibility in a work environment
- Strong leadership qualities and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
