We are seeking a skilled Assessment Specialist to join our team at CSG Partners Ltd. As an Assessment Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting pre-assessments for suitable measures across ECO4 and GBIS.
About the Role:
This is a freelance opportunity that involves data collection, photos, and a floor plan. You will work with a lead generator to identify properties that are suitable for energy-efficient measures. Your role will involve:
- Conducting site visits to assess properties
- Collecting data and taking photos
- Creating a floor plan
- Working with the RA team to determine funding routes for ECO4 and GBIS
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A RA qualification
- A current DBS
- Insurance
