Job Title: Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor

At Integral, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our projects and supporting our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the commercial team in delivering commercial duties for our projects, including estimating, planning, and project management.
  • Procure and manage our supply chain, minimizing costs and enhancing value for money.
  • Prepare and submit claims, valuations, and final accounts, as well as collate cost and value information for monthly reviews.
  • Monitor subcontract activities, measure and respond to applicable notices, and prepare cost reconciliation statements.
  • Undertake customer and stakeholder management, vetting contractual terms and conditions, and managing cash flow.
Requirements:
  • BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in the role of a Quantity Surveyor within the building/construction/building service industries.
  • Competent user of IT software packages, including MS Office.
  • Commitment to providing a high-quality service, demonstrating reliability, conscientiousness, and flexibility.
