Meeting and Events Coordinator

About the Role:
Klarent Hospitality Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Meeting and Events Coordinator to join our team. As a Meeting and Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and diary management to the Meeting and Events Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Meeting and Events Manager, including maintaining manual filing systems and databases.
- Coordinate and execute direct mailings as instructed by the Meeting and Events Manager.
- Assist with the coordination of corporate hospitality events.
- Conduct market research and telesales campaigns as required.
- Compile sales packs and ensure an adequate supply of relevant stationery and brochures are in stock.
- Meet specific sales targets set by management and head office.
- Compile weekly and monthly reports for the Meeting and Events Manager.
Requirements:
- Ability to work morning, afternoon, evening, and weekends.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
