We are collaborating with a prominent organization in the manufacturing sector seeking a skilled Events Administrator to become part of their team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in orchestrating our company's event planning and execution.
This independent position within the marketing division demands a proactive, highly organized individual with exceptional communication abilities and a talent for managing various tasks efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the company's event schedule, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless execution of all events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain the yearly events calendar.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to plan and coordinate events.
- Organize and manage travel logistics and accommodations.
- Handle scheduling for event-related activities.
- Plan, book, organize, and manage both internal and external events.
- Actively seek out new events and opportunities that align with company objectives.
- Assess the success of events through feedback and data analysis.
- Assist the marketing team during less busy event periods.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in organizing successful events.
- Background in managing schedules and travel arrangements.
- Ability to proactively identify and pursue new event opportunities.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel as necessary.
