Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Registered Children's Home Manager in Wolverhampton. As the Registered Children's Home Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of this home, which caters to young individuals with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development
  • Ensure compliance with OFSTED standards and regulations
  • Manage a team of staff to provide round-the-clock support
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of residents
Requirements:
  • Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
  • Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months
