About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Friendship Coordinator. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in coordinating and supporting the thousands of matches between our members and volunteers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support the onboarding process for new members and volunteers
  • Ensure safeguarding measures are upheld and implemented
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our volunteers and members
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the service
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to promote the service and its benefits
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Passion for supporting older people and promoting their well-being
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
