Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the scheduling of weekly calls between members and volunteers
  • Ensure safeguarding measures are upheld and implemented
  • Support members and volunteers through the onboarding process
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our mission
