Join Our Team as a Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Personal Care Assistant. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with learning disabilities to live their best lives.

About the Role:

  • Provide assistance with all aspects of personal care, including daily living tasks and activities.
  • Support our clients with learning disabilities to develop their skills and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the highest quality of care and support.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.50.
  • A pension scheme for eligible employees.
  • 5.6 weeks' annual leave pro rata.
  • Full certificated training on all aspects of the role, including First aid, Makaton, Epilepsy, and Manual Handling.

Requirements:

  • A full driving licence is desirable.
  • Flexibility in working hours is essential, including night shifts and weekend work.
  • An enhanced DBS check, the cost of which will be met by the Employer.
