Job Title: Personal Care/Home Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care/Home Care Assistant to join our support team. As a Personal Care/Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting an individual with Autism and other medical conditions, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life.

About the Role:
  • Support with aspects of personal and medical care, including medication handling and administration.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the individual's well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the individual's support team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Requirements:
  • Experience of supporting individuals with Autism and other medical conditions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
  • Reliability and a professional approach to work.
