About the Role:

JGA Recruitment is partnering with a leading engineering business to find a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join their HR team. In this role, you will partner directly with senior leaders to provide expert HR guidance and support at a strategic level. You will also work closely with the HR Director, Senior HRBP, and two HR Coordinators to drive HR initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify and address HR needs, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Manage complex Employee Relations cases with a hands-on approach, ensuring effective resolution.
  • Translate business needs into effective HR solutions, executing these solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Coach managers and employees on HR best practices, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Refine and standardize HR policies, processes, and communications, ensuring consistency and clarity.
  • Analyse HR data to inform decision-making, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Balance strategic and operational HR responsibilities, ensuring seamless delivery.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong experience in Employee Relations, capable of handling complex cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, with a focus on talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
