This pivotal role involves ensuring effective coordination of all administrative matters between each of the organisation's services and with the senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Directors/senior managers to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
- Coordinate administrative matters between services and senior leaders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Work closely with other Executive Assistants to share key information and provide cover as needed.
- Support the growth and development of the business by providing administrative support to various projects and initiatives.
Working Arrangements
This role is primarily based at home, with occasional attendance at our Oxford depots required for specific tasks and meetings. The post holder will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
