We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Advisor to join our team at Listers VW. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department.
Key Responsibilities- Pre-pick parts for workshop job cards and pick parts for customer orders
- Check availability of stock from various enquiries and ensure consumables and service parts are regularly replenished
- Develop customer relationships through providing good product knowledge and creating an effective first impression
- Handle warranty claims processing and complete all relevant administration promptly and accurately
- Develop knowledge of our premium VW products to understand the purpose of vehicle parts and how they function
We are looking for someone with previous experience working as a parts advisor within a dealership or a similar role with another franchise or specialist parts company. However, if you have a good understanding of cars and the ability to learn, we are happy to train the right candidate.
You should be proactive, sales driven, and maintain an outstanding level of customer service. You must have excellent communication and organisational skills while working well in a fast-paced environment.
