About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced midwife to join our team as a Lead Midwife for Patient Experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our team to improve the quality of care for our patients and their families.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of midwives to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient experience and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care for patients
  • Conduct clinical audits and presentations to improve patient care
  • Provide mentorship and teaching to junior midwives

Requirements
  • Registered Midwife with minimum 3 years experience as a practicing band 6
  • Experience of clinical audit and presentation
  • Leadership/Management qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Ability to maintain a spreadsheet/database and develop action plans
