About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Specialist to join our team at Multibrands International Ltd. As an Amazon and eBay Expert, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our presence on these e-commerce platforms to maximize sales, visibility, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Management: Manage and optimize our Amazon and eBay listings to ensure accuracy, up-to-dateness, and optimal search rankings.
  • Inventory and Pricing Management: Oversee inventory levels, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Product Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize product listings, including keyword research, compelling product descriptions, and high-quality images.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance metrics on Amazon and eBay, such as sales, conversion rates, and customer reviews.
  • Reporting and Insights: Prepare regular reports and insights to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service: Collaborate with customer service teams to address customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews on Amazon and eBay.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Amazon and eBay Expert or in a similar e-commerce role.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Amazon and eBay platforms, policies, and best practices.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
