We are a welcoming and large GP practice seeking to hire a Care Navigator who is organized, efficient, and enthusiastic. The candidate should have experience in customer-facing roles and be capable of providing exceptional service to our patients. This position is dynamic and fast-paced, involving collaboration with a diverse team, including GP partners, salaried GPs, nurses, care navigators, secretaries, managers, and various administrative staff.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Essential:

  • GCSE Grade A-C in Maths and English
  • Extensive IT knowledge and skills
  • NVQ or equivalent in essential IT skills

Desirable:

  • NVQ Level 2/3 qualification

Experience

  • Previous experience in a reception role (preferably within the healthcare sector)
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Proficient in computer/IT applications
